Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where direct shipment to consumers is permitted by law. Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, Eco Terreno Wines may not be offered in your state or we may be unable to ship to you directly; please check your state's regulations. Please call or email Eco Terreno Wines for questions regarding availability if you live outside of California, Oregon, Texas, Arizona, or Nevada. We do not ship wines outside of the U.S.
All orders will be shipped according to the delivery window chosen by the customer, weather and operations permitting. We recommend shipping via Expedited Shipping during warmer weather. During extreme heat we reserve the right to hold orders until cooler weather prevails in order to preserve the quality of the wine and ensure that it arrives to you in premium condition. Wine shipments resume as soon as the weather becomes cooler. While we attempt to monitor applicable weather conditions, we cannot control them and, notwithstanding any other statement herein, we make no warranty or representation as to what the conditions will be when the wine is shipped. We are not responsible for, and will not replace, wine that is damaged by weather or other conditions which arise during shipping. By placing an order you are accepting the responsibility for that shipment through whatever weather or other conditions may occur during that shipment. To ensure proper delivery, we recommend that orders be sent to a business address where sober adult (over 21 years of age) is available to sign for the order. Regardless of shipping destination one must be 21 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Eco Terreno Wines.

We will refund a wine or merchandise that is damaged, flawed, or unsatisfactory due to a defect in the product. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages. We are also unable to accept return of, or refund the cost for wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. If a customer misses a final delivery attempt, a restocking fee of $50 per package will be charged to the customer.
If your order is damaged due to handling by our fulfillment or shipping partners during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds on damaged items are only issued once a claim is filed and settled with the fulfillment partner and/or shipper. Once the claim is satisfactorily resolved, we will refund you for the products damaged, and shipping, and handling as appropriate.
